Piercy Stakelum

Piercy Stakelum was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Stakelum earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1994, and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with honors in 1997. While attending law school, Mr. Stakelum was an active member of both the Moot Court and Trial Competition Teams, both of which are prestigious honors.

Mr. Stakelum has successfully tried cases before juries in several Florida counties in both State and Federal courts. After representing both individuals and insurance companies at two large law firms in South and Central Florida for approximately four years, Mr. Stakelum founded The Law Office of Piercy J. Stakelum, P.A., in Orlando, Florida in 2001.

Mr. Stakelum is duly qualified and admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Florida. Mr. Stakelum is proud to call himself a civil trial attorney, and is an active member of both the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America.



Jason W. Gumula

Jason W. Gumula was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Gumula earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1993. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in 1996. In 1997 Mr. Gumula was inducted into the Curia Honoris Society of the Cumberland School of Law for superior academic achievement.

Mr. Gumula has represented both individuals and Insurance companies while a partner at a large Orlando law firm for approximately nine years, until joining the Law Offices of Piercy J. Stakelum, P.A.

Mr. Gumula is duly qualified and admitted to practice law in Florida State and Federal Courts. He concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation matters, employment disputes and civil trial work.
